Projeto Visa Criar Bolsa Auxílio para integrantes da Guarda Mirim

O PL 26/2022 – de iniciativa do Poder Executivo - trata de instituir o projeto "Guarda Mirim" no Programa Educacional e Preventivo às Drogas, Trânsito e Violência (PROGEP) da Guarda Civil Municipal. A matéria foi encaminhada à Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Redação na sessão de terça-feira (15).

O texto estabelece os objetivos do projeto, as funções da Guarda Mirim; define sua estrutura organizacional, assim como as competências de cada hierarquia. Além disso, cria o bolsa auxílio aos integrantes da Guarda Mirim para incentivar e viabilizar a participação de estudantes de baixa renda. O valor do auxílio será definido através de Decreto do Prefeito.

Com a presença do comandante Santana e de integrantes da Guarda Mirim na assistência, os vereadores durante o uso da tribuna parabenizaram o projeto, que há cerca de 10 anos contribui para formação da cidadania de estudantes de Búzios.

O projeto da Guarda Mirim é destinado a meninos e meninas do município, na faixa etária de 10 a 17 anos, matriculados no ensino regular. Para participar, o estudante deve apresentar desempenho e frequência escolar.
