Projeto Prevê Gratuidade no Transporte Público às Gestantes

A realização dos exames de pré-natal é fundamental para prevenção e detecção precoce de patologias tanto maternas como fetais, permitindo o desenvolvimento saudável do bebê e reduzindo os riscos da gestante.

Partindo disso, um projeto de lei encaminhado na Câmara de Búzios pretende assegurar a gratuidade no transporte público para gestantes em acompanhamento. O Projeto de lei 124/2021, de autoria do vereador Rafael Aguiar, está na Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Redação.

“A gratuidade visa garantir a locomoção da gestante para consultas e exames, bem como os primeiros exames do recém-nascido: teste do pezinho, teste do olhinho e outros ofertados e exigidos pelo SUS.”, justifica.

Conforme a proposta, a gratuidade no transporte público será concedida às gestantes que tiverem iniciado o pré-natal na unidade de saúde do município. A gratuidade se dará nos dias úteis, das 6 às 18 horas, respeitando as vagas reservadas à gratuidade nos veículos.

A proposta também prevê que a Secretaria Municipal da Mulher e do Idoso emita carteirinha às gestantes, com validade de 3 meses.
