Emenda Altera PL 13/2021
Assegura a participação paritária no Conselho do Fundo Municipal de Assistência à Mulher.
O Projeto de Emenda Modificativa 7/2021 altera o PL 13/2021, que assegura a participação paritária entre representantes da sociedade civil e representantes governamentais no Conselho do Fundo Municipal de Assistência à Mulher.
A emenda - proposta pela Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Redação - foi aprovada por unanimidade na sessão legislativa de terça-feira(13) e será incorporada ao projeto.
Com a aprovação da emenda, o §2º do art. 3º do Projeto de Lei 13/2021 passa a contar com a seguinte redação: "Competirá ao Conselho de Coordenação do Fundo Municipal de Assistência da Mulher, o qual contará com representação paritária entre representantes da sociedade civil e governamentais, a fiscalização da aplicação dos recursos pertinentes ao fundo e julgar as contas prestadas pelo gestor, as quais serão apresentadas mensalmente, de forma sintética e, anualmente, de forma analítica.(...)"
