Autorização Legislativa para viagem de secretários municipais poderá deixar de ser obrigatória
Proposta de Emenda será analisada na CCJR

O prefeito Alexandre Martins enviou à Câmara de Vereadores de Búzios a Proposta de Emenda à Lei Orgânica 01/2022 , que visa revogar os parágrafos 2º e 3º do artigo 91 da Lei Orgânica Municipal, referentes à autorização de viagem de secretários municipais.
A proposta foi encaminhada à Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Redação na sessão legislativa desta terça-feira(10).
Se a emenda for aprovada, não será mais obrigatório pedir autorização ao Legislativo para os secretários municipais se ausentarem do país.
Na Lei Orgânica é vedado aos secretários municipais se ausentarem por mais de 5 dias consecutivos do território nacional, sem prévia autorização da Câmara Municipal. Essa autorização deve ser submetida à votação dos vereadores, através de Decreto Legislativo, mediante o envio de mensagem pelo prefeito.
